After introductions to a polishing cloth, my Sierra 16 started looking pretty good.

The horns took the polish well, and look great - but don't work.  The baffle system needs to be repaired.
(The seller suggested I keep an Air Horn handy.)

The Evinrude motor looks as good as it sounds - making it hard to believe it's nearly 40 years old.

The original steering wheel, with the speedometer gage mounted to the left.  Remarkable, the speedometer seems to work - but I still need to check it for accuracy.
